Welcome to Top Mark Tattoo based in Stirling City Centre, Scotland, established in 2009 by Billy and Ross.

Tattooing is our passion, and we wanted to open a shop where our clients would feel welcome and relaxed in a clean, friendly and hassle-free environment. At Top Mark Tattoo, our ethos has always been to offer all styles of Tattooing customised to each client’s individual preferences.

Our team has three resident Tattooists, Billy Saunders, Ross Duncan and Gary McEwan, and one resident Piercer, Fiona Shanks.
